Brenda is an accomplished litigator who has tried more than 30 cases to verdict in her more than 25 years of experience. She is board certified in personal injury trial law and AV rated in Martindale-Hubbell. Her practice areas include: personal injury; medical malpractice; premises liability; and products liability. She is also a frequently requested guardian ad litem in cases involving minors. She represents hospitals, physicians, nurses and various other health care providers. In addition to her formidable expertise as a trial lawyer, she is also a trained mediator and has mediated over 500 negligence cases. Her work as a mediator combined with her broad litigation knowledge gives Brenda an incomparable ability to assess and guide clients through all types of health care liability claims.
