Linda is a founding partner and a consummate health care attorney.  Her practice focuses on health care operational and litigation issues. Licensed in both Texas and Kentucky, she represents hospitals, physicians and various non-physician health care providers in a wide variety of medical issues and claims. Hospitals frequently seek her guidance on issues involving day-to-day operations and delivery of care.  Clients benefit from both her legal abilities and the exceptional business acumen she developed in her former career as a corporate executive for a worldwide medical gas and equipment company.  Having been in the shoes of both attorney and client, Linda has an uncommon ability to analyze as well as anticipate the needs of health care providers and institutions.
