Charlie regularly represents clients in medical malpractice cases. In addition, he has handled attorney malpractice, architect malpractice, engineer malpractice, and construction litigation, as well as a variety of other types of general liability and commercial litigation. In recent years, he has tried jury trials in not only Dallas and Tarrant County, Texas but in a number of other Texas jurisdictions. Additionally, Charlie has frequently spoken at various medical meetings, medical malpractice seminars as well as having contributed to an international medical publication, Dermatopathology Practical and Conceptual.
