Brian’s practice centers on health care litigation matters, including personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases. Having clerked in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in California gives Brian extensive appellate research and writing abilities. Prior to joining Stewart Stimmel LLP, Brian represented clients in bankruptcy, estate planning and family law matters as well as medical malpractice defense. Brian was also a Staff Assistant for a U.S. Representative in California working with federal agencies on a proactive anti-drug coalition. While attending the University of California, Davis, Brian was a member and co-captain of the Varsity Baseball Team. During his undergraduate studies, Brian dedicated forty hours a week to baseball and was a member of the Athletic-Academic Honor Roll.
