Jim represents clients in long term care and medical malpractice cases as well as a variety of other types of general liability litigation at both the state and federal level. Jim regularly litigates cases across the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and has handled cases in approximately one hundred of the one hundred and twenty Kentucky counties. Jim’s employment and civil rights experience gives him a unique perspective when representing health care providers in today’s marketplace. Additionally, Jim has spoken at various medical meetings and seminars on risk management and other issues facing health care providers today. Jim is also a Fellow in The Litigation Counsel of America, a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.
